International Federation Tribunal

International Federation Tribunals

Any international sport federation can choose to refer their matters to Sport Resolutions for arbitration.

To convey jurisdiction, a federation can either provide for the referral within its existing rules (by way of referral clause), or can refer matters on ad hoc basis through an arbitration agreement entered into by parties.

Sport Resolutions’ international panel is available to those federations who wish to completely outsource their dispute resolution processes. Alternatively, Sport Resolutions can act as independent secretariat to those federations who already have their own tribunals.

Sport Resolutions will administer procedures in accordance with the federation’s rules. Absent such rules, a federation may choose to refer their matters to Sport Resolutions to be administered in accordance with its arbitration rules.

As a not-for-profit organisation, Sport Resolutions offers a flexible, expert, timely and cost effective service.
