We welcome all organisations and parties to benefit from our services. In order to ensure that relevant parties agree to our involvement in helping to resolve the disputes, those parties who wish to refer a matter to us will need to confer legal consent or jurisdiction.
A confidential reporting line and independent investigation service, supporting athletes, coaches and all support personnel within the Olympic and Paralympic high-performance community.
Sport Resolutions was appointed by British Gymnastics to select and appoint the Independent Person who will be responsible for the independent oversight and implementation of the British Gymnastics ICP.
Sport Resolutions is providing all participating NGBs access to expert safeguarding and legal support from members of the National Safeguarding Panel.
The International Hearing Panel is available to determine first instance anti-doping matters for International Federations or any other Anti-Doping Organisations wishing to make use of the tribunal’s services.
