Sport Resolutions has a very diverse and experienced team, primarily populated by individuals who are legally trained and qualified or who have sports and/or sports law qualifications.

Richard HarryChief Executive Officer
Richard has been Chief Executive at Sport Resolutions since April 2016. Richard joined Sport Resolutions in July 2010 and spent almost six years as firstly Dispute Resolution Manager and then Legal Director.
He is a sports lawyer and former Chief Executive of the Welsh Rugby Players' Association. Richard started his career as a specialist employment and sports lawyer at Hugh James Solicitors in Cardiff before joining Clarke Willmott in Bristol.
He left Clarke Willmott to establish the Welsh Rugby Players' Association and has acted as a Consultant to the World Anti-Doping Agency. Richard is a Visiting Fellow to the School of Sport and Exercise at the University of Gloucestershire, and has been appointed to the Board of the London-based International Dispute Resolution Centre (IDRC).

Catherine PitreHead of Case Management
Catherine joined Sport Resolutions in May 2016, making the move to the UK from Canada, where she worked in a similar position as the sole Case Manager at the Sport Dispute Resolution Centre of Canada.
Catherine is Head of Secretariat of the National Anti-Doping Panel. Catherine is called to the Bar in Ontario. She holds a Masters in International Sports Law from ISDE (Madrid, Spain) and has substantial case management experience from working at the Federal Court of Canada and from having appeared before the Court of Arbitration for Sport on numerous occasions.
Catherine is fluent in English and French and was a competitive gymnastics coach and judge for several years. She is an elected Board Member of the international association Women in Sports Law.

Ross MacdonaldHead of Business Operations
Ross is Head of Business Operations at Sport Resolutions and is responsible for governance, human resources, finance, building management, IT and Board meeting administration.
Ross joined the company in 2012 following a successful internship administering Sport Resolutions' Pro-Bono Service during the London Olympics. His interest in sports law developed whilst studying law at Swansea University and in undertaking a dissertation on WADA's wherabouts rule. Ross is currently undertaking an Executive MBA at Loughborough University.
Outside of work, Ross competes in triathlon and trail running races. Whilst at university, he was captain of the triathlon club for two years and led by example in winning the British Universities Multisport Championship. In 2010, Ross was awarded 'Swansea University Sportsman of the Year'. He has also won his Age-Group at the World Duathlon Championships, has a personal best for long-distance triathlon of 9 hours 13 minutes, and won the Man versus Horse trail race in Llanwrtyd Wells.

Duygu YetkincanMarketing & Communications Manager
Duygu joined Sport Resolutions in March 2018 with a sponsorships marketing background at IMG and ISG in UEFA Champions League-playing football clubs.
She is responsible for managing Sport Resolutions’ marketing, communication and service development activities. Duygu promotes Sport Resolutions services to multiple stakeholders including national and international sports bodies and panel members (leading barristers and QCs, as well as eminent professionals in specialist fields), and manages delivery of strategic marketing. She also manages all company communications including its full digital output and media. Additionally Duygu is responsible for organising Sport Resolutions events such as seminars, trainings and its annual conference.
She is an ex-professional volleyball player and currently plays in the Super League, the highest division of the English National League. She is the captain of her team, and lifted both the league and the cup trophies recently. Her team also became the first ever English team playing in the final at a European Championship (Northern European Volleyball Zonal Association - NEVZA) She also acts as the club secretary overseeing the club’s and its team’s management along with the other senior members of the club.
Duygu holds an MBA from Galatasaray University (Istanbul).

Kylie BrackenridgeSenior Case Manager
Kylie joined Sport Resolutions in March 2016 and is a member of the case management department.
Kylie leads on anti-doping and international work referred to Sport Resolutions, including acting as Secretariat to the World Athletics Disciplinary Tribunal, the ITIA Independent Tribunal and the International Hearing Panel. Kylie has extensive case management and sports administration experience having administered over 150 international and national sports arbitrations. She has also been involved in several high-profile investigations and reviews referred to Sport Resolutions, including the FA Independent Review and Cycling Independent Review.
Kylie administers the Panel Appointments and Review Committee (PARC), is a member of WISLaw and enjoys playing Hockey in her spare time.

Roxana WeichSenior Case Manager
Roxana joined Sport Resolutions in October 2017 and is a member of the case management department.
Roxana leads on safeguarding cases referred to Sport Resolutions and to the National Safeguarding Panel, which include: arbitration, mediation, investigation and review service requests. She provides the day-to-day management of referrals to Sport Resolutions under the Safeguarding Case Management Pilot Service, which launched in October 2019, and is also responsible for the case management of international and national sport arbitration referrals to Sport Resolutions in its role as Secretariat to the ITF Independent Tribunal, National Anti-Doping Panel and World Athletics Disciplinary Tribunal.
Roxana contributed to the Teaching Awareness of Ethical Governance in Sport Project, supported by the Erasmus+ EU Programme. The project concluded in January 2020.

Alisha EllisCase Manager
Alisha previously worked as a Projects Officer in Sports Development at London Sport and most recently at The Law Society in Accreditations.
She has completed her PG Certificate in Sports Law and Practice through De Montfort University.
Alisha has a keen interest in athletics as she used to compete in 100m and 200m as well as coach at Croydon Harriers.

Anna ThomasCase Manager
Anna joined Sport Resolutions in April 2018 and is a member of the case management department.
Anna graduated from Loughborough University with a degree in Sport and Exercise Science in 2009 and worked across a variety of roles within the sport and leisure industry thereafter. She spent 5 years working within the PE department at a top London school before joining Sport Resolutions in 2018.
In 2021, Anna completed her PG Certificate in Sports Law through De Montfort University. For Sport Resolutions, Anna primarily manages cases referred under our national-level contracts. She has experience of dealing with many high-profile arbitrations relating to football and non-selection or funding appeals for various high-performance programmes.
Anna has a keen interest in football and spent many years as a grassroots community coach and running primary and secondary school teams. Anna played her first competitive football game at 10 years old, before enjoying over 15 years playing at senior level. Anna is now retired from playing both hockey and football competitively but spends her weekends taking part in Parkrun events and putting her Spurs Women season ticket to good use.

Josh Ingham-HeadlandCase Manager
Joshua joined Sport Resolutions in September 2019 as a Case Manager.
Joshua is a graduate of Nottingham Trent University where he attained his Law Degree in 2017 and in the following year he went on to achieve a Masters in Sports Law.
Joshua’s strongest passions in sport are football, athletics and also American football. He is also a black belt in Tae-Kwon-Do and he was one of the youngest in the UK to achieve this feat at the age of 11.

Savita SohalCase Manager
Savita joined Sport Resolutions in March 2022 as a Case Manager.
Savita is a graduate in Psychology and Education Studies and holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Safeguarding Children. Savita has extensive experience working in safeguarding, child protection and case management in sport having previously worked in two English national governing bodies (specifically tennis and most recently football) and a Premier League football club.
Savita is a keen advocate for wellbeing and has previously acted as a Disciplinary Panel Member for a national governing body and Safeguarding Officer for London Youth Games. Savita most recently held the role of Lay Board Member for her Local Authority Safeguarding Adults Board. Savita enjoys playing tennis and cycling and is a keen spectator of all sports.

Neil SimmonsInvestigator
Neil joined Sport Resolutions in May 2022 and works primarily on Sport Integrity matters.
Neil is a former sports press officer, housing officer and police constable. As a police officer he was deployed to various units across London as a detective and as an ABE trained officer worked on many investigations in relation to safeguarding issues, missing persons and serious crime.
A keen sports participant, Neil has played American Football at both national and youth international level and for over 15 years played semi-professional football, as well as coaching and scouting for football league teams. He has also competed in athletics, club cricket and played county level Darts.
His sporting passions are motor racing and NFL where he created and runs a British Fantasy NFL League.

Astrid MannheimCase Manager
Astrid joined Sport Resolutions in May 2022 as a Case Manager.
Astrid completed her law degree in 2017 and prior to that, studied International Relations and Diplomacy with a minor in International Business. She speaks various languages, including French and Spanish, having lived outside of her native Canada for many years.
Astrid is passionate about tennis. She has played competitively, coached, volunteered, and worked internationally both at major events such as the French Open and the ATP World Tour Finals, as well as at national governing bodies, such as the LTA and Tennis Canada.
A general sports enthusiast, Astrid is rarely seen without her bicycle or checking the latest ice hockey game highlights.

James Bromley-DerryInvestigator
James joined Sport Resolutions in the summer of 2022 and works primarily on Sport Integrity matters.
James is a a former police officer and worked as a detective for the MET where he was attached to units such as Public Protection. He has experience in risk management attached to safeguarding matters, conducting investigations, supporting victims, and submitting cases through the judicial system.
James has a degree in Politics and Philosophy from Hull University and a Masters in Security, Terrorism and Counter Insurgency from Leeds University.
James is a keen sports enthusiast and has a particular interest in American football, rugby, ice hockey, football and boxing. He played football and rugby from youth to senior level before changing sports whilst studying at university, where he spent three years playing as an offensive lineman for the American Football Team.

Lauren McHaleCase Manager
Lauren joined Sport Resolutions in March 2023 as a Case Manager.
Lauren is a qualified youth worker with experience of working in frontline child safeguarding including children at risk of sexual exploitation. Most recently she worked as a qualified probation officer for HMPPS. Her experience includes safeguarding, risk assessment and risk management of offenders within the community and custodial settings.
Lauren has a degree in Youth Work & Community Development (Leeds Beckett, 2013) and Community Justice (Portsmouth University, 2021).
She enjoys yoga and going to spin class to keep healthy.

Joy CaneInvestigator
Joy joined Sport Resolutions in April 2023 as an investigator within the Sport Integrity team.
As a former Detective Constable with the MET police, she has worked to safeguard the community in the public protection department, supported complainants, and lead cases through the judicial system. She is a high-level interviewer, having ABE training and experience. She has also worked In the METs criminal investigations department where she conducted a wide range of serious and complex investigations.
Joy has a degree in Biomedical Science with an Honours in Reproductive Biology from the University of Edinburgh. Whilst at university she enjoyed power lifting in her free time.
Joy is an avid gym goer, with a focus on weight training and boxing. She is a keen spectator of football, tennis, boxing and American football.

Tilly LockCase Manager
Tilly joined Sport Resolutions in April 2023 as a Case Manager within the Sport Integrity team.
Tilly's interest in sports law developed whilst studying law at Swansea University, where she took the elective modules ‘Legal Issues in Sport’ and ‘Sports Law and Liability’ and achieved a First Class Honours degree. This interest continued during her time at Cardiff University, where she completed her Master’s in Legal Practice. During this period, Tilly was involved in the Welsh Rugby Union Pro Bono scheme, and undertook a research project on the impact of vicarious liability for injuries and abuse in sport.
Tilly has rowed competitively since she was 12. Following a successful junior rowing career, in which she won multiple national and international gold medals. She went on to captain and coach the Swansea University Senior Women’s Rowing Team.
In addition to rowing, Tilly enjoys running, cycling, surfing, tennis and climbing.
