Equality, Diversity and Inclusion

Fully committed to the principles of equality

We are committed to promoting equality and will actively seek individuals from diverse backgrounds to be involved in our organisation.

Sport Resolutions is fully committed to the principles of equality of opportunity and is responsible for ensuring that no panel member, employee, job applicant or client is unlawfully discriminated against because of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage or civil partnership, pregnancy or maternity, race, religion or belief, sex or sexual orientation.

Equality monitoring is undertaken to assess and report upon the equality and diversity of our panels. We therefore request that all applicants anonymously complete the Equal Opportunities Monitoring Form, found in the links on the right. The completion of the Equal Opportunities Monitoring Form is not compulsory but it is encouraged.

Your contribution will be invaluable in helping us recognise if there are groups that may be under represented. From this we can take steps to improve the way we operate to ensure we are genuinely inclusive.

The information provided will be used solely for the purposes of building a diversity profile of the Sport Resolutions. It will be stored securely and at no time will it be shared with individuals or organisations outside of Sport Resolutions. Individual rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will be fully protected.

Thank you very much for your assistance and support in making Sport Resolutions an inclusive organisation.
