Sport Resolutions has an exciting opportunity for an individual to join its passionate, diverse and experienced case management team to assist, primarily, with the development and operation of the National Safeguarding Panel (NSP) and our wider safeguarding work.
The Case Manager will manage enquiries, cases and independent reviews, appointing panel members as required. They will provide support to the Senior Case Managers and the Head of Case Management. The successful applicant will be required to administer cases including referrals to the Safeguarding Case Management Programme (SCMP), concerns raised through Sport Integrity, independent reviews and disciplinary proceedings. The Case Manager will play a vital role in ensuring that disputes are managed fairly, efficiently and cost-effectively.
Suitable applicants will have experience of working in a legal or safeguarding environment, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for sport and integrity. The successful applicant will have the ability to handle confidential information in a discreet and professional manner and will have experience of using Microsoft applications. A high level of oral and written communication skills is required, along with first-rate attention to detail.

Sport Resolutions’ office is located at St Paul’s, London.
Employees are currently required to work in the office a minimum of eight days per month and should be resident within the United Kingdom. The organisation administers the International Hearing Panel, which adjudicates on anti-doping rule violations, the Safeguarding Case Management Programme (SCMP), which provides UK NGBs with access to expert safeguarding and legal support; Sport Integrity, an independent disclosure and complaints service for Olympic and Paralympic sport; and the National Anti-Doping Panel, which is responsible for adjudicating anti-doping disputes in the UK.
