A decision in the matter of the English Football League (EFL) v Birmingham City Football Club has been published. Following a review of the financial submission from Birmingham City Football Club (the Club) for the three-year period 2015/16 to 2017/18, it was determined that the Club had recorded losses in excess of the £39.0m upper loss threshold.
