Job Opportunity | Case Manager - Safeguarding

Due to our continued success and growth, Sport Resolutions is looking to expand its case management team with the appointment of a Case Manager to assist with the development of the National Safeguarding Panel (NSP) and our wider safeguarding work, in particular the expansion and management of the Safeguarding Case Management Programme.

The successful applicant will manage enquiries, cases, investigations and independent reviews, appointing panel members as required. The Case Manager will provide support to the Senior Case Manager for Safeguarding and the Head of Case Management.

Suitable applicants will have experience of working in a legal or safeguarding environment, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for sport and integrity. A high level of oral and written communication skills are required, along with first-rate attention to detail. The successful applicant will have the ability to handle confidential information in a discreet and professional manner and will have experience of using Microsoft applications.
