Due to our continued success and growth, Sport Resolutions is looking to expand its case management team with the appointment of a Case Manager to assist with the development of the National Safeguarding Panel (NSP) and our wider safeguarding work.

Sport Resolutions is the premier institution that appoints arbitrators and mediators to resolve disputes in sport, administering over one thousand disputes across 50 sports, since its first case 20 years ago. The Case Manager will play a vital role in ensuring that disputes are managed fairly, efficiently and cost-effectively.

The Case Manager will manage enquiries and cases, appoint arbitration panels and mediators, and provide support to the Head of Case Management and Senior Case Manager for Safeguarding.

Suitable applicants will have a legal qualification or experience of working in a legal environment, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for sport and integrity.       
Excellent oral and written communication skills are required, along with first-rate attention to detail. The successful applicant will have the ability to handle confidential information in a discreet and professional manner and will have experience of using Microsoft applications.

The successful candidate will be based at the Sport Resolutions office at St Paul's, London.
