Sport Resolutions recruiting members to join the Badminton World Federation’s Independent Vetting Panel

Sport Resolutions is recruiting a Chair and two Members to serve on the Badminton World Federation (BWF) Independent Vetting Panel which assesses the Eligibility of Relevant Persons in accordance with the BWF Vetting Rules. 

The members of the Independent Vetting Panel are appointed by the Independent Appointment Body (IAB) which is operated by Sport Resolutions. 

The Independent Vetting Panel is comprised of a Chair, Deputy Chair and three members, each of whom are independent from the BWF and have experience in vetting or screening applicants for appointments in official positions. 

Candidates for both positions shall have experience in vetting or assessing the character and suitability of individuals, and candidates for the Chair position should be qualified lawyers with at least seven years of professional experience.

Candidates are required to send a copy of their CV, along with a cover letter demonstrating how they meet the selection criteria outlined in the BWF Constitution, to panels@sportresolutions.com

The deadline for applications is 5pm BST on Tuesday 1st August 2023.

Shortlisted candidates will be subject to a vetting process, pursuant to the BWF Constitution.
