Sport Resolutions to present at the Paris Arbitration Week

An event titled “Sports Arbitration: Open Talk on Key Issues and Future Challenges” will be hosted by Gaillard Banifatemi Shelbaya Disputes at Parc des Princes, the iconic stadium of Paris Saint-Germain tomorrow (Wednesday, 20th March).

The event will feature two round table discussions, one in French and the other in English. The first panel will discuss the potential desirability and feasibility of submitting sports disputes to arbitration in France. The second panel will address the strengths and weaknesses of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), and explore possible future developments, including any alternatives, in the settlement of international sports disputes.

Astrid Mannheim, Senior Case Manager at Sport Resolutions, will present on Sport Resolutions’ offerings and what sets it apart from its competitors.
