Due to our continued success and growth, Sport Resolutions is looking to expand its case management team with the appointment of a Senior Case Manager to lead on the development of the National Safeguarding Panel (NSP) and our wider safeguarding work. The Senior Case Manager will play a vital role in ensuring that disputes are managed fairly, efficiently and cost-effectively.
The Senior Case Manager’s primary function is to manage enquiries and cases, appoint arbitration panels and mediators and assist in the development of those in the case management team.
Suitable applicants will ideally have a legal qualification or experience of working in a legal environment and will have demonstrable experience of working in a safeguarding environment, combined with a passion for sport and law.
