Join Our Board: Independent Non-Executive Director with Financial Expertise Sought for Sport Resolutions

An exciting opportunity for a skilled individual with financial experience to join the Board of Sport Resolutions as the organisation continues with its national and international growth and develops and builds upon its existing services.

Sport Resolutions is interested to hear from any individual who meets the INED Role Profile criteria and who believes that they can provide a high-level skillset in support of financial management, governance, business operations and future growth. The successful individual will join a cohesive, diverse and motivated Board of Directors who strive to protect, uphold and develop integrity and trust in all aspects of sports at all levels.

The successful individual will have a passion for sports integrity and the fair resolution of disputes. They will have the necessary skills, experience and reputation to promote the organisation and guide the executive. They will have the ability to form independent opinions, listen and give respect to their fellow directors, and contribute to board discussions and the decision-making process. Directors should discharge their fiduciary duties whilst trusting in the executive team to maintain the high level of service provided to users.

  • Position Type: Voluntary
  • Salary: Unpaid, expenses only
  • Commitment: Approximately 10 days per year. Four-year term, renewable once
