Opportunity: Head of Case Management - Sport Resolutions

Sport Resolutions has an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced individual to join the team at Sport Resolutions as the Head of Case Management. 

The successful individual will join the organisation as it continues its national and international growth and develops and builds upon its existing services. They will lead a passionate, diverse and experienced case management team of 14, to ensure that disputes are managed fairly, efficiently and cost-effectively. The individual will also form part of an internal Senior Management Team (SMT) and will provide quarterly updates to the Board of Directors.

The individual will use their experience to improve and streamline business processes. They will develop relationships with existing clients in the UK and internationally and will promote the benefits of using SR’s services at meetings and events. They will have the skills to draft policies and procedures, and to review and comment upon decisions prior to publication.            

The successful individual will have the ability and empathy to provide line management support to the Senior Case Managers and wider case team, ensuring that they have the necessary skills, training and motivation to respond to the varied and broad referrals and cases that must be administered.

Suitable applicants will have high-level legal or case management expertise, line management experience, an engaging personality, and a passion for sport and integrity. The successful applicant will have the ability to handle confidential information in a discreet and professional manner and will have experience of using Microsoft applications and case management systems. A high level of oral and written communication skills is required, along with first-rate attention to detail.
