Sport Resolutions to speak at the Asian International Arbitration Centre event

The Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) is hosting a webinar, titled “The Standard of Proof in Anti-Doping Arbitration: Understanding Comfortable Satisfaction”  in conjunction with the AIAC September Sports Month 2021. 

Sport Resolutions Head of Case Management Catherine Pitre, Brianna Quinn of Lévy Kaufmann-Kohler and Prof. Michael Geistlinger of Paris Lodron University of Salzburg will discuss their views on ‘comfortable satisfaction' and how it has affected anti-doping proceedings globally. The event will take place on Tuesday 28th September 2021 at 5.00pm MYT (GMT+8) and will be moderated by the AIAC’s Ms. Diana Rahman.
