WADA Invites Applications for 2025 Standing Committee Member Positions

WADA Invites Applications for 2025 Standing Committee Member Positions

The World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) is seeking candidates to fill multiple vacant positions on its Education Committee, Finance and Administration Committee, and Health, Medical and Research Committee.

The Standing Committees, reporting to WADA’s Executive Committee (ExCo), play a crucial advisory role in shaping anti-doping policies and priorities for the Agency. Successful candidates will be approved by the ExCo at their meeting on 4 December 2024 and will assume office on 1 January 2025 for three-year terms. In light of the need for relevant expertise and experience, WADA aims to ensure that the Standing Committees are collectively diverse in terms of region, gender, and culture.

To be considered, all applications must include the following:

  • a maximum one-page cover (motivational) letter;
  • an updated CV, which fully captures the candidate’s experience and expertise; and
  • a completed application form

Applications are to be forwarded by Wednesday 18 September 2024 to Mr. Olivier Niggli, WADA Director General (c/o governance@wada-ama.org).
