Watford Academy head Darren Sarll suspended amid bullying claims

Watford have suspended one of their senior academy coaches Darren Sarll following a number of accusations of bullying.

During the summer, Sarll joined Watford with the title 'head of academy - professional development phase'.The premier league club took swift action once the safeguarding department became aware of the complaints about Sarll.

Players complained that Sarll had "humiliated them" with his treatment. The club has subsequently launched an investigation.
