We are delighted to continue our support of World Athletics during the 2023 World Athletics Championships

We are delighted to continue our support of World Athletics during the 2023 World Athletics Championships

We are delighted to announce that Sport Resolutions (SR) is assisting Athletics Integrity Unit (AIU) in operating an ad hoc panel of its Disciplinary Tribunal for the duration of the World Athletics Championships Budapest 23 in Hungary.

SR has arranged for an ad hoc Disciplinary Tribunal panel to be available remotely from 1st to 27th  August to consider any expedited matters arising from the Championships.

SR has been acting as independent secretariat to the World Athletics Disciplinary Tribunal since the AIU’s inauguration in 2017. The AIU works independently of World Athletics and oversees the sport’s integrity issues.

The World Athletics Championships Budapest 23 are taking place in Hungary between 19th and 27th August.

Chief Executive, Richard Harry said: “At Sport Resolutions our mission is to provide independent, efficient and accessible dispute resolution services to everyone involved in sport. Following our support of the World Championships in Doha and Oregon, we will again provide an impartial and expert panel, with the support of the Sport Resolutions Secretariat, for the World Championships in Budapest. We are delighted to be assisting World Athletics with the operation of the Disciplinary Tribunal throughout the Championships.”
