World Athletics v Elena Ikonnikova

Decisions in the cases of World Athletics against Elena Orlova and World Athletics against Elena Ikonnikova have been issued by the Disciplinary Tribunal.

Ms Orlova and Ms Ikonnikova, Federation staff for the Russian Athletics Federation, were charged by the Athletics Integrity Unit in accordance with Article 12 of the IAAF Anti-Doping Rules, for failing to comply with the AIU's demands in the context of a whereabouts investigation relating to Mr Danil Lysenko, and subsequent Orders of the Tribunal.

The Disciplinary Tribunal found the AIU's charges proven and imposed a period of ineligibility of 8 years in relation to Ms Ikonnikova and 6 years for Ms Orlova.

The World Athletics Disciplinary Tribunal is administered by Sport Resolutions.
