IAAF v Jacob Kibet Chulyo Kendagor

IAAF v Jacob Kibet Chulyo Kendagor

A decision in the case of the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) v Jacob Kibet Chulyo Kendagor has been published by the Disciplinary Tribunal.

On 5th July 2019 Mr Kendagor was charged by the Athletics Integrity Unit (AIU) with a violation of Article 2.3 of the IAAF Anti-Doping Rules for Refusing or Failing to Submit to Sample Collection.

The panel, consisting of Charles Hollander QC as the sole arbitrator, found that the athlete had not committed an anti-doping rule violation pursuant to Article 2.3 of the 2018 IAAF rules and therefore ruled that the charge would be dismissed.

The secretariat to the Disciplinary Tribunal is managed by Sport Resolutions.
