Sport Resolutions Head of Case Management to act as an arbitrator in the oral rounds of the Sports Arbitration Moot

Sport Resolutions Head of Case Management Catherine Pitre will be acting as an arbitrator, adjudicating on two oral rounds of the Sports Arbitration Moot (SAM) on Wednesday 9th March and Thursday 10th March.

The SAM is a moot competition on sports law and arbitration organized in collaboration with FIFA, the University of Neuchâtel and the Swiss Arbitration Academy.

Future sports arbitration practitioners from around the world will be pleading their case with the goal of reaching the final on 29th April 2022 at the FIFA headquarters in Zurich.

The agenda and teams for Catherine’s oral rounds are below:

  • Wednesday 9 March 2022 / University of Buenos Aires (Argentina) v. Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab (India); and
  • Thursday 10 March 2022 / Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law (USA) v. University of Lille (France).
