Sport Resolutions assisted with ad hoc independent tribunal at the 2024 Billie Jean King Cup and Davis Cup Finals

Sport Resolutions (SR) is proud to have operated and administered an ad hoc Independent Tribunal for the International Tennis Federation during the 2024 Billie Jean King Cup by Gainbridge and the 2024 Davis Cup Finals weeks.

The Independent Tribunal, composed of SR’s arbitrators, were on standby for both prestigious events held in Malaga, Spain. The Billie Jean King Cup took place from 13-20 November 2024, followed by the Davis Cup Finals from 19-24 November 2024.

Kylie Brackenridge, Head of Case Management at SR commented: "We were pleased to assist once again the premier international team competitions in women’s and men’s tennis - the Billie Jean King Cup and Davis Cup Finals. Our involvement in the Davis Cup since 2019 and the Billie Jean King Cup since 2021 has been a privilege. We appreciate the continued trust in our independent processes, procedures, and panels, which uphold integrity for all involved."

Twelve nations took part in the Billie Jean King Cup, with Italy and Slovakia reaching the finals. The Davis Cup Finals featured eight nations, with Italy and the Netherlands as the finalists. Both Cups were won by Italy.
