Sport Resolutions, the premier arbitrator and mediator of disputes in sport, is seeking to appoint a personable, friendly, presentable, enthusiastic and organised Business Support Officer with the skills and experience to assist in operations, centre management, IT, marketing, case management, finance, service development and event management.

It is an exciting time to join the organisation, with our new 2024 strategy being announced later in 2019. The successful applicant will help us achieve our goals by assisting the case management team, the Marketing Manager and the Business Manager.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills and will enjoy working with the wide range of people who use our services. You will help to operate and run our Arbitration and Mediation Centre, you will help in promoting Sport Resolutions’ services, key messages and events, and you will offer administrative support to the case management team as and when required.

Location: Fleet Street, London

Salary: £21,000 + benefits
