The World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) has published its stakeholder feedback from the Third Consultation Phase of the 2027 WADA Code and International Standards Update Process (2027 Code & IS Update Process) and from the Athlete-Centered Consultation on the same subject. These two consultations are part of WADA’s “commitment to facilitate periodic collaborative review processes to ensure documents remain fit for purpose.”

During the consultation, stakeholders provided feedback on the second drafts of the 2027 Code and IS Update Process. More than 1,600 comments were submitted.

Additionally, on 17 April 2025, WADA collaborated with its Athlete Council to initiate an Athlete-Centered Consultation on the 2027 Code and IS Update Process. More than 600 athletes/athlete commissions from over 60 countries and over 70 sports/sport disciplines submitted feedback.
