An operative award was issued by the Independent Club Financial Review Panel (CFRP) on 24 April in relation to an alleged breach by West Bromwich Albion FC of the Championship Profitability and Sustainability Rules (P&S Rules).

The full decision has now been published by the Independent Club Financial Review Panel (CFRP).

The Panel was comprised of Christopher Quinlan KC (Chair), Jonathan Bellamy (Vice-Chair), Dan Jones and Nick Igoe.

Following a hearing which took place on 22 and 23 April, the CFRP determined that the Club’s losses exceeded the Upper Loss Threshold and imposed a two-point deduction.
