Safeguarding Support for National Sport Organisations
Sport Resolutions provides a range of services to assist sport organisations in managing disputes and concerns of a safeguarding nature. We maintain a specialist panel of nearly 350 lawyers and leading experts across safeguarding, finance, medicine, and sport administration. This allows us to offer independent, high-quality support tailored to the needs of the sport sector.
We would welcome the opportunity to discuss any safeguarding requirements your organisation may have. Please contact the Sport Resolutions team for more information.
Referring a Safeguarding Case to Sport Resolutions
To refer a safeguarding case to Sport Resolutions, whether for arbitration, a disciplinary process or an investigation, the parties involved must consent to bring the matter to us.
This agreement may be:
- automatically incorporated into the relevant regulations, rules or contracts of the referring sport organisation; or
- established through an ad hoc arbitration agreement between the parties.
Consent is required in order to confer jurisdiction on Sport Resolutions to act independently and work with those involved.
