Opportunity: Business Operations and Marketing Executive - Sport Resolutions

In this wide-ranging role, the successful individual will work closely with the Head of Business Operations and the Marketing and Communications Manager. Tasks will include the administration of financial accounts, marketing, communications, governance, information technology, stakeholder relationships, office management and events, all of which play a vital role in ensuring that the organisation can maintain its excellent reputation and meet its strategic goals.

The individual will be heavily involved in planning for Sport Resolutions’ events, including its annual conference. They will help in promoting Sport Resolutions’ services and key messages and will offer administrative support to the case management team as and when required.

The successful individual will develop the skills and experience to take on greater responsibility, deputising for the Head of Business Operations and for the Marketing and Communications Manager. This role will report jointly to the Head of Business Operations and the Marketing and Communications Manager, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment across operational and marketing functions.

Suitable applicants may have experience of working in a business, sales, IT or marketing role. However, of greater importance are the personal characteristics and drive of the individual. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and diligent. They will be a team player who is able to multi-task, they will have excellent customer service skills, and they will have a passion for sport and integrity. The successful applicant will have the ability to handle confidential information in a discreet and professional manner and will have experience of using Microsoft applications. A high level of oral and written communication skills is required, along with first-rate attention to detail.
