Opportunity: Case Manager (International) - Sport Resolutions

Due to our continued success and growth, Sport Resolutions has an exciting opportunity for an individual to join its passionate, diverse and experienced case management team to assist, primarily, with international referrals.

The Case Manager will manage enquiries, cases and independent reviews, appointing panel members as required. They will provide support to the Senior Case Managers and the Head of Case Management. The successful applicant will be required to administer cases including anti-doping rule violations, ethics and integrity related matters, independent reviews and disciplinary proceedings. The Case Manager will play a vital role in ensuring that disputes are managed fairly, efficiently and cost-effectively. 

Suitable applicants will have experience of working in a legal environment, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for sport and integrity. The successful applicant will have the ability to handle confidential information in a discreet and professional manner and will have experience of using Microsoft applications. A high level of oral and written communication skills is required, along with first-rate attention to detail. Bilingual or multilingual applicants will bring additional skills which are valued for this position.
